Loss of lashes due to improper aftercare, exposure to water, oils, makeup, or sleeping habits is not covered. 📅 Scheduling Touch-ups must be scheduled within 48 hours of the original appointment. Appointments requested after this period will be considered a standard fill and charged accordingly. 📸 Verification Please send a clear photo of your lashes within the 48-hour window if you are unable to come in immediately. This helps determine if a touch-up is needed. ❗No-Shows & Late Arrivals Missed touch-up appointments or arrivals beyond the 15-minute grace period will forfeit the complimentary fix.

Cancellation Policy

LuxeeBeautyLounge charges a 20% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. This also includes clients that are late to their appointment. It’s determined by the service provider Selena, if they can still take a client who is running late.
